I had sprain on my back and the "Trigger Massage Therapy" was unbelievably super effective. They have a 60 minute or 90 minute spa followed by steam bath and hot water shower. Staff was good and understands your concern and then chooses the pressure accordingly. Explains everything before and after the spa.
