Trivandrum’s culinary history inspired the VILLA MAYA team to combine traditional cuisine with contemporary style. The menu presents a wide repertoire of cuisine from the countries that historically traded with Kerala. The menu is a gastromonical journey through Kerala, India, Morocco and Italy. The service is exceptionally prompt, and courteous. The servers and captains know that a conversation with guests is an imp element of a curated meal. The scene within which villa maya lives, through design is marvelous. The indoor arena seems a little bland. But the outdoor portion on the ground floor, and the balcony alcoves on the first floor can make you feel you’re in Bali. The history of the building and the influences of Syrian, Kerala and global cuisines are exciting, and intriguing. Villa maya, I can say, is memorable
