Wish I could stay longer to enjoy the spa. Slept well on the luxurious beds, breakfast had a good variety and staff at the buffet were all friendly and pleasant. The concierge had also booked my airport transport to accomodate to my flight change.

Was here for a 2 day medical conference. There's a direct walkway to the convention centre, very convenient. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. Thanks Amari team for making my stay memorable.

The fitness centre is 24 hours! Rooms are spacious and comfortable enough to have zoom meetings, and able to hook up my computer to the screen for larger view. Lots or nearby facilities in case you need anything, and the staff are very helpful too.

Location-wise—it’s in the Central Business District, directly linked to the SPICE Convention Centre. Less touristy, more convenient. Great if you want to skip the crowds, especially with Queensbay Mall and Penang Hill just a short ride away. And it’s less than 15 mins from the airport, which is a big win. Would I stay again? Yes—for the comfort, the Club Lounge perks, and that lovely, calm energy the hotel carries.

I had a small issue during my stay, and the IT Manager, Chris Oh, helped me quickly and professionally. He was very helpful and made things easy for me, The overall service, comfort, and convenience made my trip very enjoyable.
